My husband and I enjoyed a Cooking Class with Claudia and learned some interesting tidbits along the way. Claudia's kitchen is spacious and organized, complete with her own "kitchen elf" to assist with clean up! Claudia is an experienced, knowledgeable food artist and she organized our evening so that the three main items we prepared were not overwhelming to put together. The results were delicious - one of the best meals we've ever eaten. Thank you, Claudia, for making this opportunity available - we look forward to our next class!! (Our menu included tomato bruschette, beef braciole, paperdelle pasta, and bananas foster)

I have been taking cooking lessons with my daughters at Cooking with Claudia for years. My daughters have learned knife skills, meal planning, measuring in addition to a variety of cooking and baking skills. We have immensely enjoyed our lessons and look forward to going back every time. In addition to lessons, we have had Claudia cater a luncheon and thanksgiving desserts for us in the past.  My boyfriend booked a surprise private cooking class with Claudia for our 8 year anniversary. She was so knowledgeable and patient and helped us learn to make delicious food. We made Eggplant parmesan with ingredients from scratch (ricotta, pasta, and marinara sauce) as well as chicken tenders (Beau's request haha). She even included a packet of the recipes and a personalized note saying happy anniversary. You can tell she cares a lot about making the experience a good one. If you are thinking of a unique date idea, look no further. You are going to have a wonderful time in Claudia's kitchen. Go support this business! Highly recommend.

“I can honestly say the planning and actual implementation of the plan could not have gone any smoother”.

 I just felt compelled to share my recent experience with Cooking with Claudia, who catered a Saturday brunch. First I must say that I am old school with deep old fashion values. I learned about Claudia from a close friend. I was looking for someone to cater a brunch I was hosting for my boss and other members of our leadership team. From my first phone call to a follow up call on the day of the brunch I can honestly say the planning and actual implementation of the plan could not have gone any smoother. To successfully implement a plan required great communication between all parties and I can truly say Claudia is an excellent communicator. All that being said I am not sure I have enough superlatives for the brunch menu that she prepared. We chose: 3 items a cheese lasagna, a frittata, and the hit of the day a blueberry stuffed French toast. Claudia’s portions were such that everyone was able to take home an additional meal. My guests normally are not the take home type but everyone left with their fair share. The food arrived on time and at a correct serving temperature.
I could not have asked for a better outcome for our brunch. Working with Claudia could not have been easier. She is a true professional that offers a service that is well worth the price. I would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend her and exceptional catering business.

Warms the Soul as it Satisfies

I have had the enviable opportunity to be on the receiving end of Claudia’s fabulous gastronomical creations. When my son graduated from High School, That’s Tasty! catered the graduation party. Our many guests loved the eggplant lasagne, chicken parm and ziti with chicken and broccoli. We were all enamored with Claudia’s attention to detail, which included cards identifying these mouth-watering dishes. What a surprise it was for us to see that she had meticulously decorated the cards with my son’s college logo! Recently, I had That’s Tasty’s! mouth watering Sea Bass with exquisite asparagus and roasted potatoes. Her chicken soup with meat balls and escarole warms the soul as it satisfies the tummy! Claudia’s home made and delicious desserts are luscious! That's Tasty Really Does it for Me

I have known Claudia Denelle for many years, which means I have had many tasty dinners at her home. The choice of name for her catering business really hits the nail on the head. One of my favorites is her tasty grape leaves stuffed with meat and rice and baked kibbie. When she calls to invite me for dinner and is serving some of her Lebanese specialties, I am there in a minute! 

I have hired That’s Tasty! for a few of my dinner parties. Always on my request list is her stuffed mushrooms! These are very tasty with a bread stuffing made with Italian coldcuts and cheese. Her roasted shrimp cocktails are also a crowd pleaser. They are very flavorful and need no cocktail sauce, that’s how tasty they are on their own.  One Christmas she made me Beef Wellington to serve to my company and that was definitely TASTY!

Dear Claudia,

Just wanted to tell you how happy we were with everything that you prepared for us for our recent Christmas gathering. The calzones and strombolis were out of this world! Everyone was drooling at the sights and tastes of your meal. Many were asking where I was able to get such such fabulous food. I was trying to figure out how I could possibly pass these wonderful creations off as my own, but they were just too beautiful to look at, and even better tasting. No one would have believed that I could have been so talented so I had to "fess up".  

I couldn't believe how much you prepared on such short notice! I think the fact that you were so totally accommodating made the whole festivity smooth, easy and carefree. That's my idea of a great caterer!  

And thank you for doing such a special job for the Patriots playoffs. I was crossing my fingers that you wouldn't think 7 hours notice was not enough time. I don't know how you did it, but I am so very grateful.

If your fine food and catering business is anything like what you prepared for us, then you should be the most sought after caterer in Massachusetts. I doubt if anyone else could have pulled off for us what you did, and I will gladly give you 10 thumbs up to anyone who asks.
